09/30/2005 - Oakmont - Residential Structure Fire

Oak Haven Street

A fire broke out at approximately 7:00pm on 9.30.05 in the 400 block of Oak Haven Street in an upscale neighborhood  home.  The fire brought fire companies from Oakmont, Verona and neighboring companies along with Oakmont and Blawnox auxilary police, Salvation Army canteen, and Lower Valey EMS. The fire took sevral hours to bring under control in the 2nd floor area and all escaped safely.
